Default Can you substitute fresh brewed espresso for instant espresso powder?

I am baking and have a lot of recipes that call for instant espresso powder.

Yes, but you'll have to cut back a bit on the liquid called for in the recipe.....you might want to get some espresso powder, available in the grocery store where they instant coffee is......a small jar will last you quite a long time.....If you have an Italian grocery/deli near you, you might want to ring them and see if they carry it.....and it DOES make a difference in the outcome of the recipe....Enjoy!!
