Hi there! I'm new myself, but I saw you were from Ohio. What area? (I'm from Columbus myself).

Anyway, you can turn your signature on by visiting the "User CP" link at the top, then select "Edit Signature".

I don't see the Forum Rules or Terms of Service anywhere.
