Default ive been making coffee with ground espresso instead of coffee and drinking

alot. how much caffeine is that and will i die? it really energized me!!!

Yes, you will die. Don't know when or of what. As to the caffeine question, you are probably getting 200 mg or more per cup. That is like two no-doz a cup. I have known people who drink 20 cups a day of coffee with no apparant ill effects, but they are all on tranquilizers and blood pressure medicine.

Espresso roast actually has less caffiene than regular coffee. the darker the coffee is roasted the more caffiene comes out of the bean. research shows that any more than 2 20 oz cups a day can be bad for you, but research has also shown that everything in the world will give you cancer... I say take your chances.
