Default can you make chocolate covered coffee beans with.......?

can you use any kind of coffee bean to make choclate coverd coffee beans?

Yep you can. You can choose what bean you want depending on the intensity and bitterness you want

I think so. But you have to soak them in coffee for a couple hours or until they're soft and chewy before you dip them in chocolate.

I made chocolate covered espresso beans once. Came out pretty decent. Any kind of bean will work, but what you really want is a French roast or espresso roast, so very dark. Then simply dunk them in chocolate and spoon them out, let cool and there you go.
