Default will coffee help me lose weight because cafeine speeds up your heart?

I love cappucinos amd wonderedd if they would help
i have a special machine and use one shot of espresso and only fat free organic milk

no they have too much sugar. just because you speed up your hard doesn't make it cardio. haah but nice thinking. you need to work muscles to lose weight sweetie..

of course not! all its going to do is speed up your heart rate and make you have that weird feeling that your heart goes very fast although you may not even be moving. alot of caffeine is bad. if you really want to lose weight just lay off coke, sweets and eat alot of protein and with good exercise you'll be fine

cappucinos often have more fat than a double cheeseburger.
stay away. drink lots and lots of water and fat free milk.
also caffeine can cause terrible head aches.

no, there is way too much sugar. That's like me thinking Mt. Dew will help me to healthy-- same amount for caffine.

cappoucinos wont help but black coffee does it kills apateite and speeds ur heart its working for me so far

well... just my 2 cents worth... i think if u minus the cream and sugar.. actually drinking coffee does increase your metabolism.. i have read articles before that cafffeine actually increases your energy level... so some atheletes actually consume caffeine for performance enhancement..

however, i dont drink coffee b4 exercise.. cos there's always this side effect... so you end up getting worse off than w/o the coffee... hope this helps..
