Default Moms? Is this new caffeine study going to change your consumption?

Yet again, a new study has hit the news. This one was about caffeine consumption in pregnancy. It used to be okay to drink up to 300 mg a day. Now you aren't supposed to have any. AHhhhhh! I've never had problems in my prior two pregnancies with it. I need something to help me wake up! What's other Mom's opinions?
