Default I am 16 weeks is it "too late" to reverse the effects of caffeine on my unborn baby?

Okay this is very bad but all throughout my pregnancy I have drank a chai tea with about 100 mg of caffeine in it per day. I plan to stop caffeine starting tommorrow. I dont care about withdrawal, I'll drink water to ease the symptoms. but is kind of too late at 16 weeks to reverse the bad effects and start fresh?
also studies show a link between caffeine and miscarriage...if I am 16 weeks could this still be a worry of mine?
and if caffeine is linked to miscarriage, is it also linked to stillbirth?
