How to replace Caffeine?
My job requires that I stay alert and in a good mood all the day. I quit coffee three months ago. Caffeine is a mind-accelerating mood booster. Is there any food supplement or herbal tea that would do the same thing as Caffeine without the side effects of Caffeine?
Some people suggest drinks or juices with sugar, but high sugar intake is not a choice for me. I take multivitamins and ginseng as well and did not see any difference in boosting energy or mood.
