How can I stay alert and focused in class without drinking caffeine?
I work til 11pm and have class at 8am the next morning. I usually wake up around 6..sOoo..i normally have about 5 hours asleep. ..During lecture I get so sleepy and it's hard to stay focused. ..Any suggestions of staying awake and alert in class without taking caffeine. ..I don't want to get addicted to energy drinks again...P.S.- I can't afford to not work..wish I could..
