Default Is diet coke caffeine free good for someone a male on a 1200 calorie diet?

Also if you drink like 3 cans of it is it bad please let me know thanks

It's not good for you, but it's better than drinking regular soda if you're trying to cut calories. It's also good that you're opting for caffeine-free. It would be much better to drink water though.

Calorie-wise, it's much better than a sugared soda, but as one of the previous people pointed out, it is believed that artificial sweetners set off the same insulin reaction as sugar, which isn't great. But you aren't consumming as many calories which is a good thing. I've never heard about carbonated drinks not being good. I think they're fine as long as they're not loaded with sugars and chemicals. One of the tastiest drinks I love is sparkling water with a splash (like 2 tablespoons) of juice -- cranberry, orange, grape. Over ice it's really refreshing and very few calories.

carbonated drinks are never good for you. try taking a vitiman and drinking more water. you will lose wait faster and fell better. drink soda pop cause bad dreams and bad sleep.

You'll be surprised to know that diet coke is no better for you than regular coke. Artificial sweetener sets off the same insulin rush in your body as having sugar and it ends up making you have more cravings. You are better off drinking water.
