well like everything you hear now-a-days on the news, some are pro caffeine and some say that it does more harm then good... But I bet if we wait 6 months, there will be a new study and the results will completely reverse themselves...
I guess it's up to the consumer and their consumption and their metabolic system...
(note: I myself can drink a whole pot 3 to 5 cups and then go to sleep) while others drink a cup at 6pm and they will have a sleepless night...
