I have heart pains a couple times a month. I have had these pains for about a year, but yesterday the heart pain was horrible. It comes on suddenly and there's a really sharp pain when I breathe too deeply or if I exhale too much, so I have to take really shallow breaths and I get dizzy and lightheaded. The heart pain usually lasts for about 10-15 minutes, sometimes more. I have mitral valve prolapsed. Could that be why I’m having these heart pains? What is your opinion?
